SCHOLAR SUPPORT PROGRAMME (SSP)

SSP aims at extending personalized additional support to students in chosen subjects of the curriculum, challenging to the student, identified through a systematics result analysis. Tutorials, Study materials, Additional lectures, Question bank and interactive sessions help students to understand subjects in an easy manner. Content in the form of Question banks and videos, generated through the programme will be provided to the students selected to the programme. The co-ordinator of SSP is Prof. Soumya V. S. (Dept. of English).

Our Guru

Sree Narayana Guru, one of the greatest revolutionary social reformers Kerala has ever produced, was born on August 20, 1856, in a humble cottage in Chempazhanthy, a village near Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, as the son of Madan Asan and Kutty Amma. Madan Asan was a farmer as well as a teacher, with proficiency in Sanskrit, Astrology and Ayurveda, and his son, the little Nanu grew up listening to his narrations of the stories from the Ramayana and Mahabharatha to the local residents of the village.
